J.D. became the Lead Pastor at the Summit Church of Raleigh-Durham, NC in January of 2002. Before coming to work at the Summit he had worked among Muslims in Southeast Asia. J.D. is married about 20 leagues over his head to his drop-dead gorgeous wife Veronica. They have 3 stunningly beautiful children, Kharis, Alethia, and Ryah.
